This Is Not a Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull official documents, file paperwork, or issue certified copies for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the right government office directly.

Main Courthouse - New Castle County
Leonard L. Williams Justice Center
500 North King Street
Wilmington, DE 19801
This is the main downtown Wilmington courthouse for Superior Court, the Court of Common Pleas, Family Court, and related court-administration offices serving New Castle County. Many users still call it the New Castle County Courthouse. Division-specific phone numbers and hours are published at courts.delaware.gov. Probate is handled separately by the New Castle County Register of Wills, and marriage licenses are issued by the New Castle County Clerk of the Peace - not at the Justice Center.
Expect airport-style security screening at entry. Confirm hearing notices and the correct division before traveling downtown. For the public docket search, use Delaware CourtConnect.

Spotted a broken link, an outdated phone number, or a fee that no longer matches what the office charges? Let us know. We update pages as fixes come in. We do not pull case files, file paperwork, or contact courts on anyone's behalf. For an actual record request, work with the clerk or office that holds the file.
